Empowering young people across Seychelles

It is a privilege to welcome you to the Tyler Nicholas Foundation.

The Foundation was established from a simple belief: that meaningful progress begins when people choose to serve, create opportunities and take responsibility for the future of their communities.

Our mission is to empower young people, strengthen communities and develop practical initiatives that contribute to the social, educational and civic advancement of Seychelles. We believe every young person should have the opportunity to grow, lead and contribute through education, leadership, volunteering, innovation, skills development and community service.

Lasting progress cannot be achieved by one organisation alone. It requires cooperation between young people, families, communities, civil society, businesses, institutions and government. For this reason, TNF is committed to building constructive partnerships and creating programmes that respond to real needs.

As the Foundation grows, our focus remains clear: strong governance, responsible leadership, transparency and meaningful impact.

The Tyler Nicholas Foundation should never be about one individual. It must become a platform through which people can contribute their ideas, skills and time toward something larger than themselves.

There is still much work ahead, but I am proud of the direction we are taking and grateful to everyone helping build this Foundation.

I look forward to continuing this journey alongside our Board, volunteers, partners and communities across Seychelles.
