Empowering young people across Seychelles

It is a privilege to welcome you to the Tyler Nicholas Foundation.

The Foundation was created from a simple belief: that meaningful change begins when people choose to serve, create opportunities and take responsibility for the communities around them. Our purpose is to empower young people, strengthen communities and build initiatives that can make a practical and lasting difference across Seychelles.

We want young people to have access to opportunities that help them grow, whether through education, leadership, skills development, volunteering, entrepreneurship, international exposure or community service. At the same time, we recognise that youth development cannot happen in isolation. Stronger communities require cooperation between young people, families, organisations, businesses, institutions and government.

The Tyler Nicholas Foundation is still at the beginning of its journey, but our ambitions are significant. We are building programmes that respond to real needs, creating partnerships that can expand access to opportunities, and developing a Foundation that is transparent, responsible and focused on measurable impact.

This is not intended to be an organisation built around one person. It must become a platform through which many people can contribute their ideas, skills, time and resources toward something larger than themselves.

There is much work ahead, and we will not pretend that every challenge can be solved immediately. What we can promise is that we will continue to listen, learn, work seriously and remain committed to the people and communities we exist to serve.
